Over the past two weeks, the staff here at T102 Sports Now have counted down the Top 10 stories of the 2024-25 school year. The No. 1 story in that countdown is set to be published Sunday morning.

For us, those stories and those accomplishments by Schuylkill County’s student-athletes and teams have had the biggest impact on the local sports scene in the past 12 months.

There’s a difference, however, in which stories we felt were the most impactful, and which stories garnered the most views by you, the readers of T102 Sports Now.

The amount of internet views a story generates can be affected by several variables — the time of the day the story is posted, the schools and people involved, the sport and the subject matter are all factors that attract viewers to a specific story.
