The top three teams in the weekly T102 Sports Now Super 7 high school football poll remained unchanged entering Week 3.
There was some major shuffling below them, however.
Williams Valley and North Schuylkill stayed tied atop the poll with 32 points in voting done by the T102 Sports Now writers and the play-by-play announcers for WPPA and T-102. The Vikings (2-0) received three first-place votes, while the Spartans (2-0) earned two.
Schuylkill Haven (2-0) remained in third place with 26 points. After the Hurricanes, however, is where things got interesting.
No. 4 Blue Mountain (0-2) and No. 7 Tri-Valley (1-1) fell out of the poll with losses. Minersville (2-0) moved up two spaces to No. 4, while Marian (2-0) climbed into the poll at No. 5 with its victory over Tri-Valley.
Pottsville (1-1) dropped one place to No. 6, while Nativity (2-0) climbed into the poll at No. 7.
