Panther Valley’s Morgan Orsulak, Pottsville’s Megan Yost and Tri-Valley’s Liv Lupole have been voted Schuylkill League Players of the Year for girls’ volleyball in their respective divisions, as the Schuylkill League Girls’ Volleyball Coaches announced their all-star teams recently.

Orsulak, a senior setter/outside hitter, led the Panthers to the Schuylkill League championship in an 18-3 season. She has been named Co-Player of the Year in Division I with Yost, a junior setter. Yost was the driving force for the Crimson Tide to post a 15-6 season and a share of the Division I title with Panther Valley.

Lupole, a senior outside hitter, is part of a powerhouse Tri-Valley team that takes a 21-1 record into Tuesday’s PIAA Class A round-of-16 match against Ephrata Mennonite. She helped the Dawgs capture Schuylkill League Division II and District 11 Class A championships and earn a runner-up finish in the Schuylkill League playoffs.
