Rynard fires no-hitter as Tide roll; Donadi leads Wreckers rally to first win
TAMAQUA — Dom Rynard set the tone from the first pitch and Pottsville never let up.
Pottsville rolled to a 14-0 win over Tamaqua in a Schuylkill League Division I baseball game Monday at Tamaqua, combining a no-hit effort on the mound with relentless hitting and early pressure.
Dom Rynard was sharp throughout, striking out 11 over five hitless innings while working around two walks. Behind him, the Crimson Tide defense played clean baseball, committing no errors and consistently converting chances.

At the plate, Pottsville jumped out quickly and kept adding on. Max Clews drove in five runs, including a key double, while Rynard and Landon Trout each collected three hits. Nicholas Rynard added a solo home run, and Harrison Ciavarella, Danny Markus and others contributed as the Tide totaled 10 hits.
Pottsville built a multi-run lead in the opening innings, capitalizing on walks, hit-by-pitches and Tamaqua miscues before pulling away for good with additional runs in the middle frames.
Tamaqua was unable to generate offense, finishing without a hit through a shortened contest.
