Fresh off its milestone win over Mount Carmel, North Schuylkill climbs to No. 1 in the Week 2 edition of the T102SportsNow Super 7 football poll. The Spartans received four of a possible five first-place votes and 34 points overall, edging Blue Mountain, which tallied the other first-place vote and 31 points.

Preseason No. 1 Schuylkill Haven dropped into a tie for third with Minersville, while newcomer Williams Valley and Tamaqua tied for fifth. Nativity rounds out the poll in seventh, dropping from fifth.
