Pine Grove forward Tanner Kolb and Blue Mountain forward Drew Waschko earned All-State recognition as the Schuylkill League Boys’ Soccer Coaches announced their all-star teams recently.

Kolb was among the league leaders in scoring, helping the Cardinals reach the Schuylkill League title game for the third straight year. Waschko speadheaded a balanced attack for Blue Mountain, which won its sixth straight Schuylkill League crown and first-ever District 11 Class 3A championship so far this season.

Minersville’s Ed Burke (Class A), Pine Grove’s Marv Weber (Class AA) and Blue Mountain’s Chris Brauer (Class 3A) were named the league’s Coaches of the Year.
