The Schuylkill League baseball coaches released their 2025 all-league teams, honoring top players across Divisions I and II following a competitive spring season on the diamond.

Tamaqua’s Mason Ligenza was named Division I Player of the Year after helping lead the Blue Raiders to a standout campaign, while head coach Jeff Reading earned Coach of the Year honors. Tamaqua won the Division I title as well as the Schuylkill League championship this past season, cementing back-to-back league championship crowns.

North Schuylkill’s Chase Slotcavage was selected Rookie of the Year. On the mound, the freshman struck out 41 batters in 39 innings pitched through the regular season.

In Division II, Schuylkill Haven’s Hunter Correll swept top honors as Player of the Year, joined by Hurricanes’ head coach Scott Buffington as Coach of the Year. Teammate Chase Yoder earned Rookie of the Year recognition as the Hurricanes rolled through an undefeated 14-0 league season culminating in the Division II trophy and trips to the Schuylkill League and District 11 Class AA playoff tournaments.

The full all-league rosters for both divisions include first- and second-team selections, as well as honorable mentions, featuring standout performers from programs across the league including Tri-Valley, Blue Mountain, Pine Grove, Panther Valley, Pottsville, Minersville, Mahanoy Area, Shenandoah Valley, Nativity, and Williams Valley and Weatherly.

As we understand selecting these teams isn’t always an easy process, we’d like to thank the coaches from the Schuylkill League for putting this together.
