SCHUYLKILL HAVEN — Gianna Laselva won a pair of individual events and swam on two winning relays to power Pottsville to an 86-69 victory over Schuylkill Haven in a Schuylkill League girls’ swimming dual meet Tuesday evening.

Laselva touched first in the 500-yard freestyle and 100 backstroke for the Crimson Tide, who evened their record at 4-4 overall and 3-3 in league play. Izzy Walchak (200 free), Ceira Kline (diving) and Catherine Mohl (100 free) added victories for Pottsville.

Hope Stauffer (200 IM, 100 fly) and Cali Stauffer (50 free, 100 breast) were double-winners for Schuylkill Haven (4-5, 2-4).

Walsh won the 100 backstroke, while Maroukis touched first in the 100 freestyle. Jerome Urban (200 free), Adam Klinger (diving), Noah Bevan (100 fly) and John Mohl (500 free) added victories for Pottsville (6-2, 5-1 SL), which swept the relays and won nine of 12 events.

Ethan Miller (200 IM, 100 breast) was a double-winner for Schuylkill Haven (4-5, 3-3), while Colton McClusky won the 50 freestyle.
