Schuylkill League changes times for Wednesday’s boys’ basketball semifinals

With the threat of inclement weather looming late Wednesday night, Schuylkill League officials announced Tuesday afternoon that the start times for Wednesday’s boys’ basketball semifinals will be moved up one hour.

Wednesday’s schedule is now the following:

5 p.m. — Minersville vs. Nativity

6:30 p.m. — Pottsville vs. Mahanoy Area

Both games will be broadcasted on both WPPA (1360 AM/105.9 FM) and T-102 (101.9 FM). Capsule previews for the boys’ semifinals will appear Wednesday morning.

The Schuylkill League girls’ basketball semifinals slated for Tuesday night at Martz Hall are still on as scheduled.
