HS Boys’ Basketball: Nativity to host youth camp

The Nativity BVM Youth Boys’ Basketball Camp will be held Tuesday-Thursday, June 17-19, at Nativity High School, 1 Lawtons Hill, Pottsville.

Rising third to fifth graders will gather from 9 a.m. to noon; rising sixth to eighth graders will gather from 1-4 p.m. The cost is $60 for the first child in a family and $45 for each additional sibling. Payment of cash or check may be made payable to Nativity Green and Gold Club.

Coach Brady Burke, his staff and players will provide campers basketball instruction, focus on developing fundamentals and increase knowledge of offensive and defensive concepts with a combination of drills, small-sided games, competitions and more. Prizes and T-shirts will be awarded, and a guest speaker is planned.
